Businesses and commercial premises

We assess NSRF/ESPA and regional calls against location, activity, business size and investment scope. A general business-development call does not automatically cover every energy-related expense.

Hospitality and larger facilities

We align the technical plan with operations: envelope, heating and cooling, automation/BMS, generation and storage. The specific call must allow the proposed expenses.

Targeted schemes and financing tools

We check relevant equipment or storage schemes and available lending tools. A subsidised loan differs from a non-repayable grant. A broad funding category is not presented as an open programme.

Review before ordering

We verify applicants, eligible activities, region, expense timing, own contribution, approvals and rules for combining aid. Acceptance is not guaranteed and the same expense must not be arbitrarily claimed under two schemes.
