Which programme applies to your home?

This page groups home energy saving schemes under a general heading. Each Exoikonomo round has its own guide, eligibility rules and deadlines. This page does not imply that new applications are open.

What we review first

Residential use and legal status, participation rights, the existing Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), heating and cooling needs and available budget. Eligibility must be checked against the specific programme guide.

Measures to consider

Building envelope insulation, windows and shading, heating/cooling systems and other eligible measures. Technical suitability does not automatically establish grant eligibility: each product, system and expense is checked separately.

Grant, own funds and borrowing

We separate total investment, eligible costs, approved grant, own contribution and potential borrowing. We consider cash needs before disbursement. No grant rate or loan terms are assumed in advance.

Can I submit a new application now?

Check the status notice and official portal. An extension for completing approved projects does not reopen applications.

Is every heat pump or automation system covered?

Not automatically. Technical specifications, cost limits and the current programme guide must be checked.
